How are consultancy fees quoted?
The prices shown are starting fees for the focused scopes described on this page, in Singapore dollars. We confirm deliverables, timing and the final fee before work begins. Third-party software, cloud usage, travel and GST, if applicable, are additional.
How quickly can we start?
Discovery calls are usually available within five business days. After the scope is agreed and the engagement letter is signed, an assessment can typically begin within two to three weeks. Strategy and development work may need a little longer to mobilise.
Do you handle implementation, or only strategy?
Both. Readiness, strategy and governance engagements produce clear recommendations and working guidance. Solution Development produces a focused workflow, agent or internal tool that your team can evaluate. Each build is scoped separately, so advice does not automatically become an implementation project.
How do you stay independent if you also build solutions?
Gaidant is not paid to resell a particular platform. Recommendations follow the problem, constraints and best fit for your team. If a vendor product or another delivery partner is the better answer, we will say so and keep any subsequent build under a separate scope.
What size organisations do you work with?
We work with founders, SME teams and larger organisations that have a clear AI question or a defined workflow to improve. Starting engagements usually focus on one team or business unit; broader programmes are scoped separately.
Is the work remote or in person?
Most engagements can run remotely, with in-person sessions used where they add value. Gaidant is based in Singapore and can support selected workshops and client work across APAC and the Middle East.
